Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within India.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times typically range between 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor delivery status.
In case of unforeseen delays (weather, strikes, courier issues), we will notify you promptly and ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible.

2. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across all major cities and towns in India. For remote or restricted areas, additional delivery time may apply.

3. Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue, along with your order number.
Our support team will arrange for a replacement Part at no extra cost.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact our customer care team with your order ID and return reason.
Once approved, we will guide you through the return pickup or drop-off process.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after the product passes quality inspection.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Products showing signs of usage, wear, physical damage, or customized/assembled units cannot be returned.
Accessories, freebies, or promotional items are non-returnable.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may request a return after receipt as per our return policy.
